  • The seller

  • Field.
    By completing an online order the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
    With these conditions you agree not to make any false orders or to commit fraud. If we receive fraudulous orders we are legally obliged to inform the authorities.

  • Rates & Prices.
    3.1 The rates mentioned on the webshop are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping & handling.
    3.2 Shipping within Belgium is calculated based on the weight of your orders. We offer free nationwide shipping for any order over 100 € We have a fixed rate for all shipments below 2 kg.
    Shipping to other countries is done by BPost or PostNL. Free shipping is nog possible.
    3.3 Tineke's Grime / Facepaint Online cannot be held responsible for pricing that is obviously incorrect, caused by apparent typing errors
  • Order.
    After completing your order, you will receive an automated e-mail to confirm your order (and your payment, if it was transferred through PayPal)
    If by chance there's an error in our stock supply register, and an item isn't in stock, you will receive word at the latest on the next working day. Facepaint Online holds the right to decline an order.
  • Payment.
    Payment can be completed:
    - Bank Transfer on Belfius account BE92 0639 1122 6523, registered to, mentioning your order number.
    We can hold your order for a maximum of 8 days, after which the items will be put back on sale in our webshop. We will inform you by e-mail of the cancellation of your order due to lack of timely payment.
    Please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 days for a bank transfer to appear on our accounts!
    -The fastest and most secure payment option: Safe online payment on the secure network of PayPal. We offer Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.
    - Cash or bank card on pick-up of the order (only possible after appointment)
    - Gift Voucher: please mention the voucher code in the special entry field

  • Delivery.
    Your order will be handed to BPost  within 2 days after receipt of your payment.
    If the customers isn't present at the moment of delivery, BPost will hold your order in the post office for 2 weeks.
    In case the package hasn't been collected in due time, BPost will send the package back to FacepaintOnline, and you will have to collect your order at our offices in Buggenhout. If you would like your order to be re-shipped, you'll have to pay the extra amount for the second shipment.
    We always ship orders in recycled packaging. This enables us to keep shipping and handling costs low, and helps us to help the environment!
    There's also a possibility to pick up your order in our offices in Buggenhout, after making an appointment.
    The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct address. If a shipment is undeliverable due to missing/incorrect address data, the shipment will be returned to our offices. Costs for re-shipping your order will have to be paid before we can re-send your order with new address data.
    We only deliver to countries in the European Union

  • Returns
    You have the right to withdraw from this purchase and/or to return the delivered goods without paying a fine or giving a motive, within 14 calendar days after your order.
    The shipping cost to return the goods to the seller are at the expense of the buyer.
    The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as we have the returned items back in our possession. Naturally, we can only accept unused, unopened products in the original packaging.
    We cannot refund items purchased with discount, on sale, or on special order.
    If you received free shipping on your order, we have the right to withold the cost of the shipping from your refund.
  • Risk. cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage of the shipment after it has been handed over to BPost. The products will be packed securely, to minimize the chance of damage.

  • Quality
    The colours on the pictures may vary slightly. The settings and quality of your monitor have an influence on the display of colours. cannot be held responsible for any flaws in the products offered on this website. Please contact the European supplier directly for any matters concerning the quality of the products, and inform us of your complaint, so we can check the remaining products in stock for flaws.
